What Do You Need To Know About Human Design – For Business?

How much do you need to KNOW about your Human Design in order to apply it to magnetise your visibility?

This is a question that many ask me, and also this is a question that a lot of HD-related professionals monetise on. They sell you a program that looks like it is about Human Design for business, but in reality they are selling you more “knowledge” about Human Design elements without actually helping you to apply this in practical terms to your business.
So you end up – indeed – knowing what this or that Gate means, but your client attraction results are not changing.

Is it manipulation? Yes and no. Marketing, at its core, is massaging you into a sale (in other words – manipulating).

But it can be done with or without integrity. Or it can be done in a way that will sell you what you think you want and not what you actually need.

In order for you not to waste your money, you need to ACTUALLY know what you need, and this is where most of us fail, so we end up buying hundreds of courses and hiring coaches in this or that area, hoping this will help.

And yet, when you do not KNOW what you NEED, how can you find it?

So let me be frank, EVEN if it makes me much less money. You do not need to know much about your Human Design. You do not need to know the gates,or Gene Keys, and you do not need to stick to the Conscious Mercury message in your content (by the way, this makes NO difference in mine, tapping into other Human Design elements works so much better in my observation).
All that knowledge is really interesting for self-development and self-reflection. And good. But it is not about knowing it all if you want to re-align your business with your Design.

It is all about APPLICATION.
This is why we call it “your Human Design EXPERIMENT.”

Yes, of course, understanding is crucial.
Understanding what it means to be, for example, a Projector, and how to follow the strategy of waiting for invitations.

It is not straightforward. In fact, if you misunderstand it, you are setting yourself up for the opposite of alignment; you will just continue playing a victim, drowning in bitterness, complaining that you are unseen and no invitations are coming. This is why I hate Facebook groups for Projectors – the atmosphere there is always so toxic. So many are utterly confused and missing the point.

MASTERY comes from repetition over time. So, to apply Human Design to your life/business, you actually need to start LIVING it. Use it as a compass directing you, not stopping you.
Watch yourself, and observe how you make decisions (this is why following and understanding your Human Design Authority is crucial).

Make mistakes- because it is normal, but observe why and how they happen. Did you skip following your strategy? Did you make a decision when your Authority was clearly against it? Did you “think yourself into it”? Acknowledge it, adjust, correct and move on.

The experiment allows us to gain an awareness of how the energy works. And make better decisions activating the gift frequencies of all those gates/channels we have in our Design and everything that we are “soaking” in from the world around us.

In business, it is about putting yourself first and stopping blindly following the advice of others, no matter how convincing it is, no matter how good they look. No matter how loud their success feels. What worked for them is not guaranteed to work for you. You have to figure out your own path.

Let alone, and please be careful, following high-end gurus trying to give you business advice IF they did not start in exactly the same scenario/conditions/industry as you. Tony Robbins, Brendan Bouchard, Marie Forleo, all those big names. They are good at what they do, so take what they teach in general, but when it comes to business – just because they are now super successful – does not mean they know how to make it in your situation.

Often, they are just trying to certify you in something so THEY can make money off you. It is a business model and I am not blaming them, it is just something to be aware of.

So the bottom line is – there is no other way but trial and error. But with Human Design, you get to make decisions around WHO you are uniquely, so when things are built out, they are built out in a way that feels aligned to YOU, to your own needs and desires (this is why we go into business in the first place), and so it feels creative, fulfilling and on purpose. Then you can take some traditional tactics – whichever you feel is correct for you, and your Authority will tell you) – and you pick and choose what to focus on and where to spend your energy.

What you will never feel while growing your business is pure joy because business is a NEUTRAL thing.

It is not about feelings and emotions; there are things you need to do, and it is not about whether you are in the mood for them or not. But you will know what you can do when you are lit up and what you should NEVER do if you have no available energy for it, so you use your focus on something that does not require inspiration.

So no, you do not need to know much about Human Design, but enough to start paying attention to your Strategy and Authority on a daily basis, so you can learn WHY they are in place and HOW to follow them so you can create slightly more certain approach to trying testing, and often failing (which is so good for us, we must know what does not work for us to really know what not to do). So we can adjust and move forward.

So what I try doing is help you understand your energy type, your strategy for interacting with the world around you (energetically speaking), and how you are showing up, your personality and how others perceive you – this determines so much about your brand image and especially your brand voice, the angle that you speak in your content and what makes you so magnetic to the right people in your audience. That often means you do not need to “find them” at all. They find you.
