I am so excited to be interviewing you on my Human Design & Marketing Podcast!
There are a few details that are required to make a booking, like your headshot photo and your bio, so if you do not have those handy, please come back when it is suitable for you to provide all required details.
Please also keep in mind that I am currently based in Tallinn, Estonia (UTC+3 in the summer and UTC+2 in the winter). If the times below are utterly unsuitable due to your timezone, please do not proceed and contact her by Messenger on Facebook to see if a mutually suitable slot is available.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REQUESTING TO BE A GUEST ON EITHER “Visibility By Design” OR any expert training/masterclass you are submitting for Juliette’s audience. We will refer to all of these guest appearances as “Broadcast” below.
By submitting your request to be a Guest on the Broadcast, you signify your agreement (if accepted) to these Terms and Conditions and our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which broadly covers everything not expressly covered here.
- Specific Commitment: I am expressly agreeing to be interviewed on the broadcast and these terms and conditions shall apply to my initial appearance and any additional appearance(s) on future broadcast(s).
- I further agree to fully cooperate and work with Juliette Stapleton and other authorized broadcast representatives and engage promptly in all other communications desired or necessary to accelerate progress on the broadcast(s).
- Except as may be evidenced by a separate written signed commission agreement, I recognize already receiving satisfactory consideration in exchange for my participation in the broadcast.
- Support: I agree that Juliette Stapleton may use my name, goodwill, image, and reputation now and in the future to attract additional support from other V.I.Ps, Investors, Individuals, and Organizations.
- I further agree, when asked, to work in cooperation with Broadcast in all matters related to media/public relations/promotion of the broadcast that
do not conflict with my prior commitments and to ensure/maintain a united public message. - I agree to promote the Broadcast to All My Audience(s), Database(s), Email list(s), Youtube Channel(s), and other Social Media Account(s) including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Linked In, Pinterest, and Google +
- I further agree, when asked, to work in cooperation with Broadcast in all matters related to media/public relations/promotion of the broadcast that
- Intellectual Property Rights: I (along with any organizations I represent or am associated with) give my full unrestricted consent to be filmed/recorded/interviewed for the Broadcast.
- All of my contributions may be used in the production of a documentary, book, and any other multi-media or promotional activities in association therewith.
- Except by another express, written, signed agreement, I shall have no claims to intellectual property rights in any form, of Broadcast(s) and or Juliette Stapleton. To the extent I contribute intellectual property; I hereby grant an irrevocable, unrestricted license to use such for broadcast(s) and any related project(s)/organization(s), including, but not limited to blog articles, featuring in books and external publications.
- I agree to in advance obtain and be responsible for any permissions/authorizations necessary for my participation in broadcast(s).
- Limited Liability: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juliette Stapleton, Juliette Stapleton OÜ, and all representatives of broadcast for all activities, statements, actions, and a decision taken to further this project.
General: These terms and conditions constitute my official and legal position and supersedes all prior understandings regarding my possible future appearance on Broadcast and shall be “in addition to” and to the greatest extent possible compatible with any other signed written agreement(s) I have or may enter into with Juliette Stapleton. My obligations may be amended only by another express, written, an agreement signed by the parties whose rights are affected. Any notice required by and or relevant to these Guest terms and conditions shall be sent to the other parties designated email address (by default the one most commonly used for communications). Juliette Stapleton reserves the right, in its’ sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Guest Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your continuing to participate in upcoming broadcast(s) following any change to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your assent to and acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. No modifications, edits, or changes to the Terms and Conditions by the Guest shall be valid except unless it is in the form of an express written agreement for that purpose signed by all parties concerned with a designated and dully authorized Juliette Stapleton’s representative as one of the signatories.
