Try to find quiet, private moments to review your experiences for personal insight and to contemplate what might be worthwhile to share for the benefit of others.

Share practical solutions and actionable insights to add immense value and position yourself as a go-to expert in your niche. Use this time to write or record content that dives deep into your thought process and personal experiences and weave in stories to reflect your empathy and understanding.

Avoid Pitfalls

Beware of getting trapped in negative past scenarios or codependent relationships. Your goal is to project strength and independence. Intrusiveness or overly aggressive marketing can be counterproductive.
