- Brand Guidelines Development for consistency across all your assets
- Website set up/development or redesign
- I use WordPress as my preferred choice for more control and independence.
- I use Divi Theme (a very popular and advanced theme that is relatively easy to manage, even for a non-techy)
- I can design and set up your website, and train you on editing text and images on it.
- Funnel development and setting up. This refers to your checkout – developing a good user flow for financial transactions and any redirections, upsells, downsells (this depends on your tech preferences). My go-to choice is ThriveCart – click here to read more.
- Email Marketing & Automations set up – this is your newsletters and email sequences that follow signing up for your free or paid products.
- Book formatting & Publishing assistance. I can recommend a very inexpensive tool for writing books and e-books, that not only makes the writing process easier (no huge block of text to deal with, like if you were using MS Word, or G-doc. Plus, I can help you set up the print version, and you can review how your nook looks as you write it, which is so motivating and satisfying. I am also familiar with Kindle Direct Publishing processes to help you publish it.
- Graphic design for assets to assist with any of the above (logos, website graphics, book covers, social assets development, etc)
- There are probably more technical details that I have forgotten to mention, but we can address them as they arise.

- Personalized Tech Strategy Sessions: Six 60-minute private Zoom sessions dedicated to understanding your unique needs and creating a tailored tech plan. We’ll break down complex tasks into manageable steps.
- Hands-On Implementation: I’ll personally assist you with setting up and optimizing your website, checkout systems, email marketing, and learning platforms. (Examples: WordPress website with Divi theme, ThriveCart, Email Marketing & Automations set up, Book formatting & Publishing assistance, Graphic design for assets)
- Simple & Effective Training: I’ll teach you the essentials of managing your tech setup, so you can confidently maintain and update it yourself.
- Unlimited Content Audits: Get feedback on your messaging to ensure it resonates with your audience.
- Direct Support: Quick answers to your questions via Messenger, WhatsApp, or Email (24-hour response time Monday to Friday).
- Weekly Accountability Check-ins: Stay on track and motivated with regular check-ins.
- Access to an Additional Pack of 4 Extra 30-minute private on-demand Zoom calls to use as needed during 6 months.
Your Responsibility:
- Commit to learning the basic management of your tech setup.
- Be open to trying new things and stepping outside your comfort zone (with gentle guidance).
- Provide timely feedback and information needed for implementation.
P.S.: After 6 Months: Continued Support
After our initial 6-month intensive period, you’ll have the option to continue working with me for ongoing tech support and maintenance from €99 per month. This includes:
- Maintenance of your existing tech setup.
- Posting and optimizing your new blog posts for discoverability.
- Quick troubleshooting assistance.
(Please note: Managing your social media or email marketing is not covered by this retainer – it not a VA position. Larger future tech projects may incur an additional cost.)

Perfect If You Detest The Tech + Want Help With It- 6-months Strategy Mentorship & Tech Implementation Support
- 60-minute Private Guidance Zoom session – every four weeks for 6 months. Part of these calls could be dedicated to help you with tech questions and set-ups, or train you to use your tech, only as much as is required, to make it easier to manage going forward.
- Technical support with implementation. I can help you with projects like: website design and management (hosting options available), graphic design, social media platforms optimization, social media automation services, book formatting, cover design, KDP publishing assistance, YouTube/video show/podcast assets design and technical setup, and more – depending on your needs.
- If I have the know-how of any tech aspect you need, I will assist you in designing and setting it up for you. We will cover whatever we determine important within the six months (not all listed above projects). This may be capped in terms of hours spend per month, and does not include costs of software/subscriptions.
- Direct support by Messenger, WhatsApp, or Email (24-hour response time Monday to Friday)
- Weekly Check-ins by text to keep you accountable for your end of the bargain (requested content, photos, etc). Or to just touch base.
- An additional pack of 4 extra 30-minute private on-demand Zoom calls to use as needed during 6 months. (Non-transferrable if not used within 6 months.)
- After 6 months, you will have an option to hire me as your tech person on a lower retainer basis for ongoing support and maintenance of the platform (we will discuss the T&Cs)
