Hosting & Domain Registration
When it comes to hosting, my goal is to have as little downtime as possible, because my website is what makes money in my business, literally. So I choose to spend a little more here.
In the last 10 years I tried several hosting providers, and I keep coming back to Siteground every time. I am on their GrowTheir customer support is next to none, the server almost never has any issues that are hosting related. I am still using the shared hosting option for my needs, but the cost is absolutely justified.
I love that the hosting of the website allows me to manage unlimited email accounts, and create subdomains and redirects I need to effectively promote and manage my offers and assets – quite easily through their Site Tools feature. And does not try to force me into those features for an additional cost.
My BONUS tip: when signing up for the very first time, they offer you a good discount, so try paying for as much upfront as you can (at this moment it is 24 months).
ThriveCart Checkout + Learning Platform
Billing your clients should be smooth and easy. Not just for you (although it can be overwhelming when you don’t have the right tools), but more importantly, for your clients. There are a few good checkout tools that do an impeccable job, but they are quite pricey, especially if you’re not flooded with clients yet.
This is what attracted me to ThriveCart back in 2018. For just a one-time fee, I have acquired not just an incredibly versatile checkout with various billing options. They have since added a learning platform (like Thinkific) too!
My BONUS tip: You should get the Pro version for easy tax calculations and some other great features that make the operation of your business a breeze. But I went for the whole shebang and got Learn+ too. Even if I do not have self-study courses available to buy as you are reading this, if and when I do decide to create some, I have an easy-to-set-up, smooth-to-integrate platform available to me.

Automate Your Socials with SocialBee
This is the tool that I adore! I talk about it in both of my books. This is not just any scheduling tool. It is your 24/7 assistance to crank u your status and credibility as you can automate your client testimonials, past media features, reuse and promote past podcast episodes you hosted or spoke as a guest at, extracts from your books, etc.
Each of these types of posts will have its own category inside SocialBee, and the tool reaches out and posts one of those pieces from a category to all the connected platforms on a schedule (say, every Monday- share a testimonial on Facebook and a past article on LinkedIn, every Tuesday share a testimonial on Instagram and a past guest feature on Facebook).
All these juicy credibility markers are posted regularly on socials, while you get to direct your focus onto creating some in-depth content, sharing your thoughts, perspectives, and processes, to add to your nurturing hub, your Visibility Castle. And you get the headspace for that!
My BONUS tip: As you create good written pieces for your blog, rework them into social posts (I do not mean short ones) and create a category for such posts. Add another variation with an alternative image. This will share the original image with the post once and the alternative one the next time, adding variety while still using the same compelling message.
ConvertBox For Lead Generation
Another tool that I use so much for all y lead generation is ConverBox. Again, a one-time payment with lifetime support and perfect performance.
I use Convertbox for my pop-ups, sales, and keeping visitors engaged when they are trying to get off the page (a lot sign up for my free Human Design Training from that one). My list grows on autopilot, and Convertbox ensures the right things show in all the right places.
My BONUS tip: This tool allows video messages embedded in pop-ups and forms, which are highly interactive and convert the right people, not just into orders, but into YOU. It is super easy to embed a variety of marketing tools and services, such as promotional videos, scheduling tools, messenger bots, and more. Definitely worth the investment.
Host Your Podcast On Spotify
Not only is it free, not only does it take about 20 minutes to set up, not only does it distribute your podcast across major platforms automatically… You can have multiple podcasts. AND you can add video and let Spotify reuse the audio part, while playing the video for those who like watching, too!
My BONUS tip: Do not worry about growing your downloads. Just use it for your goodness to be present in many places with many landing pages taking over the listings when anyone is Googling your name!
