When it comes to hosting, my goal is to have as little downtime as possible, because my website is what makes money in my business, literally. So I choose to spend a little more here.
In the last 10 years I tried several hosting providers, and I keep coming back to Siteground every time. I am on their GrowTheir customer support is next to none, the server almost never has any issues that are hosting related. I am still using the shared hosting option for my needs, but the cost is absolutely justified.
I love that the hosting of the website allows me to manage unlimited email accounts, and create subdomains and redirects I need to effectively promote and manage my offers and assets – quite easily through their Site Tools feature. And does not try to force me into those features for an additional cost.
My BONUS tip: when signing up for the very first time, they offer you a good discount, so try paying for as much upfront as you can (at this moment it is 24 months).
ThriveCart Checkout + Learning Platform
Billing your clients should be smooth and easy. Not just for you (although it can be overwhelming when you don’t have the right tools), but more importantly, for your clients. There are a few good checkout tools that do an impeccable job, but they are quite pricey, especially if you’re not flooded with clients yet.

Automate Your Socials with SocialBee
This is the tool that I adore! I talk about it in both of my books. This is not just any scheduling tool. It is your 24/7 assistance to crank u your status and credibility as you can automate your client testimonials, past media features, reuse and promote past podcast episodes you hosted or spoke as a guest at, extracts from your books, etc.
Each of these types of posts will have its own category inside SocialBee, and the tool reaches out and posts one of those pieces from a category to all the connected platforms on a schedule (say, every Monday- share a testimonial on Facebook and a past article on LinkedIn, every Tuesday share a testimonial on Instagram and a past guest feature on Facebook).
All these juicy credibility markers are posted regularly on socials, while you get to direct your focus onto creating some in-depth content, sharing your thoughts, perspectives, and processes, to add to your nurturing hub, your Visibility Castle. And you get the headspace for that!
My BONUS tip: As you create good written pieces for your blog, rework them into social posts (I do not mean short ones) and create a category for such posts. Add another variation with an alternative image. This will share the original image with the post once and the alternative one the next time, adding variety while still using the same compelling message.
