In this episode, I was interviewed on a Goals With Soul podcast by Joanna Ingram.

The bricks with which we build a successful business need to be built on an energized foundation. I share how knowing our unique Human Design type allows us to tap into what really lights us up and sparks that all-important energy and vibrancy. I also highlight how we must also remember that we are complete, rounded individuals, not just solopreneurs. Any creative pursuits we do outside of work will naturally spill over into our business, bringing renewed energy and flow. And it is important not to separate the two. Our work/life balance is a different topic, but our businesses are often an extension of our personal influence and expression.
